Brian Cisneros

Brian Cisneros earned his MBA in Finance from Southern New Hampshire University and a certificate in Education Finance from Georgetown University McCourt School of Public Policy.  He has over 20 years of experience in finance and risk management, the last seven as an adjunct professor of Finance for the NH Community College System. He currently serves on the Oyster River Coop School District school board where he chairs the Finance & Budget Committee. He also serves on the executive board for the NH Association of School Business Officials where he works with new Business Administrators as they enter the field of education to help them learn the requirements and nuances that the position requires. He has several years of experience as a school Business Administrator which includes labor contract negotiations, capital investments, insurance risk pools, budget design, capital building projects, and the management of municipal bonds.

Dr. Ann Forrest

Dr. Ann E. Forrest earned her B.S. in Elementary Education from the University of Vermont, her M.Ed in Reading from the University of New Hampshire, and her Ed. D. in Educational Leadership from Boston College. She has worked as a New Hampshire educator since 2000. In the ConVal School District, she is in charge of Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment as well as professional development for teachers, ensuring that they are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and resources to provide high-quality education and support the academic success of all students within the district. Since 2017, Dr. Forrest has been closely involved in the successful implementation of the 1:1 Chromebook program in the Conval school District as the leading member of the Blended Learning Leadership Team. She is the recipient of the 2021 Outstanding Service Award by the New Hampshire School Administrators Association (NHSAA) for exemplary achievement and leadership.

Michael Hatfield

Michael Hatfield earned his B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies with certification in elementary education and general special education from Notre Dame College. He also earned his Master's in Education and Certificate of Graduate Studies in Advanced Education Leadership from the University of New England. He has been an educator for over 20 years and currently holds six educator endorsements (Elementary Education, General Special Education, Principal, Special Education Administration, Curriculum Administration, and Superintendent). He began his tenure in the ConVal School District in 2023.
