The following forms are required for participation in ConVal athletics:

SPRING SPORT SIGN-UPS ARE IN THE MAIN OFFICE
PLEASE listen to announcements as Coaches are holding spring sport meetings throughout the next couple weeks
If you already played a FALL or WINTER sport the only paperwork I need is the Coaches Emergency Card, under FORMS and sports fee. If this is your FIRST sport this year you will need all the paperwork including a current physical
PLEASE turn in ALL paperwork and participation fee's to Ms. Keeler in the Athletic Office in order to receive your GOLDEN TICKET for try-outs
