Mission Statement

As facilitators of an applied technology center, we provide opportunities for ALL learners to integrate academic knowledge and technical expertise in order to prepare students for future employment or for further study in a specific carer.

Philosophy

Region 14 Applied Technology Center provides meaningful educational experiences through quality program content and instruction for all learners.  It is our hope that learners will discover, develop and apply individual skills, interpersonal skills, knowledge skills and technical skills and that our programs will provide expanding opportunities for ALL learners by raising expectations and encouraging their pursuit of advanced education or study toward employment in a specific career.  Students, with the support, encouragement and high expectations of their parents, the school staff and the community, bear the responsibility to develop ethical behaviors and marketable/employable skills.
